TSS USA, Inc., part of TSS Holding, a leading foam and textiles converter group for the automotive industry is looking for a results-driven SALES REPRESENTATIVE with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.  TSA USA, Inc. is located in Whitestown, IN.


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably 2-3 years in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Travel ability – approximately 50% of time will be travel. Travel can be across the US and Canada but primarily in automotive areas of Michigan, Indiana, and South Carolina.
  • Training in our Mexico’s facility


The Sales Representative will provide complete technical and appropriate solutions for each customer in order to boost growth and customer acquisition.

  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote service
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of exciting and potential customers
  • Maintain positive business relationships with current customers to ensure future sales
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback
