TSS USA, Inc., part of TSS Holding, a leading foam and textiles converter group for the automotive industry is looking for a results-driven SALES REPRESENTATIVE with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. TSA USA, Inc. is located in Whitestown, IN.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably 2-3 years in the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Travel ability – approximately 50% of time will be travel. Travel can be across the US and Canada but primarily in automotive areas of Michigan, Indiana, and South Carolina.
- Training in our Mexico’s facility
The Sales Representative will provide complete technical and appropriate solutions for each customer in order to boost growth and customer acquisition.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote service
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of exciting and potential customers
- Maintain positive business relationships with current customers to ensure future sales
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback
