TECHNOLOGIES

We are able to bring to the customer’s desired thickness the main expanded materials that are produced either in bulk or in rolls, respecting the required tolerances.

Heat treatment used to increase the dimensional stability and improve the mechanical performance of expanded rubbers.

We are able to make our materials adhesive by coupling them with various kinds of adhesive tapes and with different supports produced by the main world producers.

to produce small and large rolls starting
from log rolls.

Cutting process that is used to produce products in reels.

Cutting process using high pressure water, useful for making prototypes in a short time (no equipment needed) or to cut
non-die-cut materials.

Cutting process that uses a pneumatic blade, useful for making prototypes in tight times even with adhesive, bi-adhesive and special materials.

Foamed materials: possibility of creating three-dimensional details such as packaging, trays, etc., with the most common packaging materials.

Compact materials: possibility of processing compact materials such as polycarbonate, polyethylene, pvc, etc.

Our thermoforming process takes place through a thermal shock: the material is first heated (and not melted) to become soft.
Once heated it is pressed into the mold to obtain an extremely soft product.
