Technical Sealing System Holding, previously known as Tekspan Automotive, was founded in 2008 in Torino as an independent spin off of the Sogimi group to focus on the automotive industry.
Tekspol, the Polish plant, now TSS Poland, was already operating since 2003, and was acquired from Sogimi in 2008.
In 2010 the Holding group decided to expand by opening a new site, Tekspan de Mexico, now TSS Mexico.
